About introductions. The pro pays us for the introduction. It happens only when you submit a request and confirm the pro we name, so it is a disclosure you intentionally direct us to make (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ad)(2)(A) and (t)(2)(A)), not a sale. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-ins are never sold or shared. If you'd rather none of your information reaches a pro, use seattlemetalroofplanner.com/privacy-choices/.
Your rights
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where they came from, why we use them and to whom we disclosed them.
- Delete personal information we collected from you (subject to legal exceptions, for example the do-not-contact record that keeps you from being contacted again).
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising (seattlemetalroofplanner.com/privacy-choices/). We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect or use it.
- Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you used a right.
- Appeal (Colorado, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee and other states with an appeal right): if we decline your request, email hello@seattlemetalroofplanner.com with "Appeal" in the subject within 60 days. We answer appeals within 60 days (45 days in Colorado and Oregon, as their laws set). If you disagree, you may contact your state Attorney General.
